Concept:

2 things absolutely obsess me, death and commercialism. This is the culmination of the two from my head to the world. The idea of trademarking death is an idea that should have been capitalized on before now. "The official death of the year 2000." It is my feeling that business is held back by hypocritical psuedo-religious morals. This monument addresses my fears of an over rampant and unchecked society where all space becomes available for the selling of product.

Bio:

Brook was born in Hanover, New Hampshire on the new moon, 1970. Raised in Madison, Wisconsin, he went to college at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where he studied Biology and Anthropology. After college he moved to Prague in the Czech Republic and started 2 advertising agencies with his best friend. Three and a half hard years later and he was back in the midwest, in Chicago. He now works as a freelance web and print designer. He is married to one amazing woman.
