Paradise Museum
A five story building stands before the entrance to the Memorial Park. Inside visitors will find Contemporary Art Galleries for exhibitions of the deceased, an Interactive Gallery with bibliographical information about the Artists and Critics, a Permanent Collection of residents' work, and a library of related books and reference materials. Heaven's Gate Cafe is located on the top floor.
The museum gift shop will offer reproductions of all of The Final Curtain's monuments as well as of representative works from each artist's oeuvre.
Dante's Grill
This subterranean cafe is located directly beneath the Eternal Flame allowing diners the opportunity gaze through tinted glass walls at a wax museum depicting noted critics of art and freedom of expression in various stages of torture in a Dante's Inferno environment. Mood lighting and soothing, meditative music plays in stark contrast to the scenes beyond the glass.
Cocktails and aperitifs are widely available and encouraged, with extended happy hours during the summer months. The menu features Cajun and Southern American cuisine ranging from a scrumptious blackened catfish to savory spare ribs.
Heaven's Gate Café
The Heaven's Gate Café sits atop the Paradise Museum and has a sweeping view of the Final Curtain grounds enabling visitors to appreciate the artists' monuments in a spacious, relaxing atmosphere.
Ethereal decor and music accent this peaceful haven. A simple and refreshing menu is provided with an emphasis on California health-conscious cuisine. The Heaven's Gate Café offers a large variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, stressing the beauty and value of life.
Gift Shops & Galleries
Adjacent to the museum is a shopping mall area of retail stores which will be available for commercial lease, as well as artist studio spaces for monument construction.
